1. When you login with your order information, you are able to see your previous orders.

2. Select reason and method for return.

3. Please add your return number to the package. It may be written on a note or other type of paper so we can find your package.

Once you have created your return request, we will send you your return label as soon as possible.

4. Print and affix your return label from the shipping company and drop off the package at the nearest post office.



It can take up to 10 days from the time we receive your return package until the money is in your account.

As soon as we receive your package, we will do our best to ensure that you receive the money as soon as possible. We strive to refund the amount on the same day as the package is received, although it can take up to 3 business days before the refund takes place. In addition, it may take 1-3 banking days before the money is available in your account.

Please note that the processing time is from the moment we receive the package in stock. The amount will be refunded back to the card used when you made the order. Unfortunately we cannot refund the money to another account due to security reasons.

Yes! You will receive track'n'trace number on your email as soon as the order is sent from our warehouse.

Should we for one reason or another not have added a size guide to your product, please contact us so that we can get the missing information added as soon as possible!

Should the accident happen and we have come to send the wrong size or item, we will do our best to correct the error as soon as possible.

We therefore hope that you will cooperate and help us fix the problem as easily as possible for both parties!

2. Select the category that suits your order
If you have received a different size than the one on the order confirmation, simply choose which item it is. - If it is a defective item, please write a short comment in the comment field. Remember to tie a knot on either the sleeve or the trouser leg if the item is defective.

3. Return label by email
We will send a return label to your email within 24 hours after completing the return form, which you can put on the package and send back to us.

4. New shipment
We strive to ship the right item the same day we receive your package. In case we do not have the item in stock, you will be contacted by phone or by email for further information.

You will find your order number in the order confirmation you received in your email when you placed the order.

The order number begins with: # NOTE: Please note that the invoice number and order number are not the same.

If you have not received an order confirmation, you must send an email to info@teeshoppen.com with the phone number you used when you placed the order so we can find you in our system and resend your order confirmation.

You must send an email to us at info@teeshoppen.com with Complaints as subject field, or create it via this link.

Here you must send photo documentation of the defect on the product and your order number.

Once we have received it from you, we will create a new order to you, where you will then receive a new order confirmation.

In our emails and text messages, we always indicate at the end how to unsubscribe.
