Confidentiality of delivery and payment
When you pay for an order on the website, an order confirmation will be automatically sent to you as a customer after payment has been made. We will then pack and send you your order. TeeShoppen.com offers payment by credit and debit card via Shopify Payments and Quickpay.
The amount will not be charged until the product is shipped.
Delivery and transportation
All international orders are shipped with DHL or our other carriers. We will send the package with the Track & Trace number as well as full insurance. Orders are packaged and shipped within two (mostly one) business days.
The delivery time for our shipping companies is typically 2-5 days, when delivery can be expected. However, inventory status can cause unexpected delays.
If you choose a delivery door, we will always send the package to your home door. If you’re not home when the shipping company arrives, they’ll put a note in your inbox that they’ll try again a few hours later.
